These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the digital lending platform operated by DRIVER, LLC. Please read them before you proceed. Using any feature of the platform means you accept these Terms.

Who can use DRIVER

• You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter binding agreements.
• You provide complete, truthful information at every stage — application, verification, and ongoing use.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account or with your credentials.

What the service does

DRIVER provides a digital interface where you can apply for loan products, complete identity verification, manage repayments, and reach support. Every final credit arrangement is governed by the individual agreement concluded at approval — not by the app interface alone.

Using it responsibly

• Use the service only for its stated purpose and within applicable law.
• Do not submit inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Do not bypass security measures, reach accounts that are not yours, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not copy, distribute, or adapt platform content without written permission.

Figures are indicative

Rates, amounts, fees, annual percentage rate (APR) figures, and calculation examples shown in the platform are for information only. They are not binding offers. Your individual terms are finalised and communicated after you complete approval and sign the relevant agreement.

Data & privacy

Personal data is processed under the DRIVER Privacy Policy, published separately. Continuing to use the platform means you acknowledge those practices.

Third-party providers

We rely on external providers for services such as payment processing, identity verification, and hosting. DRIVER is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or conduct of those independent parties.

Ownership

The platform and its content, software, branding, and design belong to DRIVER, LLC or are licensed to it. Your access grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose only.

Suspending access

DRIVER may suspend or end access at any time if there is reason to believe these Terms have been broken, if fraud or security risks appear, or where a regulatory obligation requires it.

Liability

• The platform is provided on a best-efforts basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Updates to these Terms

DRIVER may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is always the current one, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
